Terry offers individual sessions in the Alexander Technique of postural re-education. The Alexander Technique will help you to increase your mobility, maintain comfort and enhance performance. Clients often approach the Technique because their concerns can be traced to poor postural coordination. Using the Technique they can learn to recognise and let go unwanted habitual patterns, developing instead ways of moving coordinated around what Alexander identified as the primary relationship of the head to neck and torso.

About The Alexander Technique

More than a century ago in Sydney, Tasmanian-born F. Matthias Alexander (b. 1869, d. 1955) developed his ideas to solve his voice problems and save his acting career. Many of today’s Alexander Technique teachers are people who have gained so much value from the Technique they have chosen to pass on their insights and experience to their own clients.
