REFLEXOLOGY is a natural health therapy that promotes relaxation and harmony in the body activating it's own natural healing ability. My job is to assist the process by using gentle and very effective techniques with my thumbs and fingers applying pressure onto the feet and/or hands reflex points.
REIKI HEALING a gentle and powerful ancient healing art bringing complete relaxation and an ultimate feeling of well being, Reiki can be experience as part of Reflexology session, or as Reiki session only, (minimum three sessions for maximum benefit ). Over ten years experience.
TRANSPERSONAL COUNSELLING. There are times in our lifes when we are at cross roads, feeling lost, at moments of crisis. These are the times when Transpersonal Counselling can assist you in bringing focus, healing, working towards a individualisation process enriching your life and therefore your world.
DREAMS. Dreams are a facinating and insightful window to our subconscious and to the collective subconscious. I'm able to assist the process of investigation and symbolisim that dreams can bring as a gift to our lifes, enhancing our existence.
