TREATMENTS
Aromatheraphy
Relaxing, flowing massage with selected essential oils. Excellent for a wide range of stress related disorders, beneficial for physical and psychological/emotional problems. This treatment is calming, soothing, restoring to the spirit.
Remedial Massage
Firm oil massage. Excellent for muscular aches, pains and discomfort. Helpful for sporting injuries.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A gentle, slow, painless, rhythmic and enjoyable massage which positively affects the nervous and immune systems, also fluid elimination and muscle tone. MLD stimulates the lymphatic system and helps with fluid retention, strengthens the immune system, eliminates toxins and improves general wellbeing. Good for weight loss if related to fluid retention. Also helps with constipation, bronchitis, asthma, allergies affecting breathing, rheumatism, headaches, migraine, stroke, whiplash chronic fatigue syndrome, neurological disorders like MS, skin disorders like acne, psoriasis, and eczema, Treatments generally 11/2 hours.
Indian Head Massage (Champissage)
A stimulating yet relaxing 45 minute seated massage of the shoulders, neck and scalp. Ideal as a quick pick-me-up after a hard day, beneficial to computer users, excellent for relief from pain, stiffness, tension in the head, neck and shoulder area. Helpful for headaches, can be used to promote healthy hair and skin, improve concentration, eliminate muscle tension, aid better relaxation and sleep.
Rejuvanessence
A gentle, pleasant, safe and loving course of 5-6 facial treatments using precise, gentle fingertip massage of the face, neck, scalp and shoulders. Sometimes known as the ‘Angel’s Touch’ or ‘Facial Harmony’, it removes the signs of stress, ageing, worry and exhaustion that have been etched on the face. Shiatsu
A deeply nurturing and relaxing Japanese massage usually performed at floor level and with the recipient fully clothed. Includes acupressure, stretching, rocking, mobilisation of joints. Beneficial in maintenance of health and also in treatment of discomfort. Acupressure and stretching is used to balance and improve the flow of energy or ki through the body. Helpful for a wide range of physical and emotional problems, enhances general well being.

Spiritual Healing
This is healing which is guided by Spirit. As this works on both the physical and emotional bodies no physical contact is needed. The healing energy is channelled through the practitioners crown and heart chakras and out through the palm charkas to you. This treatment may include a guided meditation, the use of crystals and clear insight to what may be causing your physical or emotional pain.
Reiki
Reiki (pronounced “raykee”) is a Japanese word meaning “Universal Life Force”. It is a gentle form of hands-on healing which is independent of belief system or faith. Completely safe, suitable for people of all ages and conditions of health, reiki helps to ease the body towards balance. It can ease the discomfort of symptoms but its greatest value is that it works with the cause of the problem. Can be used for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues. The individual being treated decides on a subconscious level how much of the healing energy to absorb.
