Bowen Therapy is a hands on therapy comprising of a specific series of muscle and connective tissue movements designed to treat a wide range of problems as well as injuries.
It addresses internal systems as well as the musculoskeletal system and bodymind. Bowen Therapy is an extremely gentle and non-invasive form of body work which empowers the bodys own healing response.
Gentle tension releasing moves are applied over specific muscle groups to stimulate neural pathways and help bring the musculoskeletal framework, nervous system and soft tissue such as internal organs and fascia.
It helps reset the body enabling it to repair, eliminate dysfunctional debris and re-pattern energy fields.
