Megan has been teaching Yoga consistantly since 1988 in the Pacific Palms and Forster area. Teaching mainly within the frames of Hatha Yoga but having incorporated other styles of Yoga into her teaching. Megan was originally trained in Raja Yoga and the traditional classical form of asana (postures). Megan has trained extensively in Kum Nye - a Tibetan form of yoga incorporating slow movement through to relaxation. Practising and teaching some Tantric meditation and pranayama techniques is aso on the agenda. Megan holds classes each week in the community and seminars and workshops regularly throughout the year. Megan is also available for private classes.
