About Spirit Release Therapy (SRT)
SRT may be known by differing names:
Soul Rescue - New Age Folk
Psychic Rescue - Spiritualist Church
Exorcism - The term used for casting out demonic spirits, which in actual fact may be souls in need of healing.
Spirit Release Therapy (SRT) is a therapy that understands that we are not just a body, but we are a soul living within a physical body. Therefore, SRT accepts that when we die our soul or spirit, if you like, moves on to another plane of vibration and existence, and effectively goes to heaven.
In some circumstances, usually in the case of great trauma, deep unhappiness, lack of awareness of life after death or an unwillingness to let go of the physical life, some souls who have left the physical body become stuck. They don’t perceive the light of other beings or relatives who have come to meet them. In such cases the spirit of that one person can become attached to someone who is still living in the physical. We call this spirit attachment. If you have an earthbound spirit attached to you it can be very distressing, because the other person is very close and your energies and emotions mingle. The distress you are feeling may not all be yours. If you are unaware of the situation and believe it is your distress, it can be very hard for you to find the healing you seek. By giving healing to the "invisible" person with you both you and they can be free.
In SRT it is essential that healing be provided to the attached spirit. This enables them to move on “into the light.” I do not like the term exorcism because the rite assumes that the spirit is an evil demon and has to be cast back into the dark pit; whereas in truth one is dealing with a very hurt and distressed person who needs our help.
Home Clearing
Earthbound Spirits (Ghosts) can become attached to places such as homes, offices or even land. Their presence can affect the energies and "feel" of the place. Through providing healing and release to such souls the atmosphere of your home will improve greatly.
My Philosophy
I am a spiritual person rather than a religious person. I respect and appreciate the universal spiritual truths that are at the core of all religions; however I do not belong to any one in particular.
I believe in the universal love and wisdom which many people call God and that truth is to be found in many guises and in many places. I believe in everyone having the freedom to find their own spiritual beliefs and pathways.
Many people have suffered and struggle with their inner demons to find healing and joy in life. My passion and my work is to assist them to find the freedom and healing they need.
I was a Spiritual Healer before I trained to be a Counsellor. I gained accreditation as a Holistic Counsellor because it compliments the Spiritual Healing skills that I have developed during the last thirty years.
