Practioners: Kelly Harding ND and Garry Douglas DRM

Kelly is a third generation Naturopath.
Her grandfather, Ray Harding, her father, Errol Harding, and mother Heather are well known in the complimentary health field.

She began her training the traditional way; helping her parents out in their clinic before venturing out into the world. Early work experiences include working in a health food store.
In the late 1980's, Kelly began her formal training. "Touch for Health" was her first qualification. It was not long after, that she enrolled with the College of Natural Therapies (SA) to complete her training as a Naturopath. Further studies included acupuncture, TCM and Bowen technique.

There are many techniques and treatments that Kelly employs to find the cause of the disorder/dysfunction in the body. She works with the client to achieve optimum health and vitality.
One of Kelly's favourite diagnostic tools is the use of an iridology camera, where the client's eye photo is downloaded onto the computer. The client is then able to see for themselves what the eye can reveal.

Another tool Kelly uses is Hemaview™. This is a live blood analysis that will let you see on screen before your eyes, in just minutes with only a drop of your blood how healthy you are and give her the keys to re-vitalise and rejuvenate your body towards optimal health.

Garry is a bodyworker and remedial massage therapist. As a holistic practitioner, he uses a combination of massage, myofascial and subtle energy techniques to support your body in returning to a state of balance and integrity.

He actively works at an energetic level to encourage the free and clear movement of Qi, and to release blockages and stagnation within fascia and other tissues of the body.

Physical massage techniques are used to promote healthy tissues. They facilitate the release of habitual, muscle tension and holding patterns, while facilitating good blood and oxygen supply, and encourages the elimination of cellular waste products.

By working both physically, and at the underlying energetic level, we are able to achieve deep, long lasting, positive results.
