Aromatherapy: A luxurious massage using oils blended for each individual. These oils work on a holisitic level, addressing mind, body and soul, giving a therapeutic benefit. Aromatherapy can, for example, relieve stress, PMT, depression and insomnia. Treatment time is approximately one hour. Cost $65.00
Massage: This is an important part of living a healthy, balanced and productive life. Complaints such as tension, stress, neck/shoulder pain, headaches and backache can be relieved through regular massage. Whilst easing tension, massage will also give total relaxation and revitalise the whole body. This can be either Swedish or Remedial depending on individual needs.
Treatment time is approximately one hour. Cost $60.00
Reflexology: Treats the whole body and improves all its functions. It stimulates the body's natural healing process, and assists well being. Treatment is usually on the feet, but can be on the hands.

Reiki: This is a gentle hands-on healing treatment that is performed whilst the client wears comfortable clothing. Reiki can ease tension and anxiety, relieve pain and raise the general level of energy and sense of well-being.

- It doesn’t matter how long a consultation takes, you will still get an hour of ‘hands-on’ treatment. How often have you paid for an hour and by the time you have had a consultation, and changed, you have far less than the hour paid for? At the end of a massage Susan never wants to undo the massage by ‘rushing you out the door’. Allow at least an 1 ½ hours for appointments.
- No waiting time. How often have you rushed to get to an appointment on time, only to find yourself having to ‘wait’? If you have booked a time, that time is solely for you.
- No interruptions. All phones are turned off throughout the treatment.
