Appointments & Reminder Services For Busy People
With our Patient Reminder Service You can choose to be reminded of your next appointment via Phone, SMS or E-mail! We realise your time is precious and will try to contact you before your appointment if there are any delays.
For your planning and convenience, we can make appointments up to 12 months in advance. We encourage you to make any ongoing appointments at your next visit.
We require 24 hours notice in the case of rescheduling or cancelling appointments, otherwise a cancellation fee may be incurred.
Your Records Are Confidential
Footprint Podiatry maintains comprehensive, accurate and up to date records. Each time you visit we request that you update your personal records. Your personal and medical records are kept confidential and private.
We welcome any suggestions you may have to help us improve our services.
Consult Fees That Don't Hurt Your Pocket
We make every effort to keep costs as low as possible without compromising quality, our fees are reviewed twice a year. We can help you to budget by developing a Treatment Plan Quote that outlines an estimate of your proposed treatments and fees.
For your convenience we accept cash, cheque or EFTPOS payments on the day of treatment. Health Fund claims can be made on the spot through HICAPS. We also welcome DVA Gold Card Holders.
