How it works
A blend of Chiropractic, Traditional
Chinese Medicine and energy healing.
Kinesiology is a tool that identifies stress
within the body, mind and spirit.
A gentle approach is used to analyse the state
of muscles and determine the nature and cause
of stress.
Let your body do the talking
Be a part of the process when the Practitioner uncovers
information about the factors that have inhibited you
from experiencing optimum wellbeing.
Information about the stress (which can be of an
emotional, physical and spiritual origin) is gathered
by the use of gentle muscle testing whilst you are
on a massage table fully clothed.
Stresses found are then corrected using gentle yet
powerful techniques to realign your body and to
encourage your own body's natural healing abilities.
Chi - Your life force energy
Paramount to the success of your kinesiology session
is balancing chi (your life force energy).
Optimum wellbeing is dependent on a constant flow of chi
to all parts of your body.
Imagine the flow of water being disrupted in a river
by a falling log. One side of the log allowing only trickles of water,
whilst pressure builds up on the otherside where water has conjested.
Similarly, when your body experiences blockages,
the flow of chi is disrupted which then affects your overall well being.
Your emotional state is one example of how a blockage can
disrupt the flow of chi. In traditional chinese medicine,
it is said that when you experience:
fear, chi decends
anger, chi rises
constant worry, chi is knotted
sadness, chi disappears
When chi is affected in this way for a significant period of time,
your body experiences disharmony and symptoms and diseases
can start to manifest in the physical form.
Therefore, by removing the blockages that affect chi,
you can again start to experience optimum physical,
emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
