Rachel’s therapeutic approach varies according to your needs and preferences, and is drawn from a range that includes short term cognitive behaviour therapy, long term psychotherapy, narrative therapy, communication skills, stress management/emotional release, Inner Space Techniques (IST) (see website for more information: www.rachelkane.com.au) , meditation tuition and energy management techniques. You will be given tools to build energetic self-awareness and management so you can access a deeper sense of peace and emotional clarity. The benefits of this will flow through to daily life.
Rachel has trained in the use of IST (Inner Space Techniques) for the last 10years. During an IST session, Rachel is able to guide you through a safe, meditative and supportive space to source emotional blockages. This deep healing process can bring about significant life changes, the benefits of which are experienced on all levels - physical, mental and spiritual.
