About Christina
Christina has been studying and practicing the art of healing and meditation since 2000. She started studying meditation in Sydney with an ex-Buddhist monk. The training included guided meditation focusing on silence and the breath. His teachingsincluded Chi Gong.
Her international journey began in New Mexico when she received permission to live with some medicine women who were practicing the native traditions. They shared with Christina some of their teachings and medicines.
Christina later travelled down to Mexico and into Guatemala where she met the shamans of the region where they shared with her their knowledge and teachings.
In 2004 Christina returned to Guatemala where she obtained the 3rd and final level of Reiki called Shinpi Dan. (Level 3 allows you to teach Reiki.)
Christina then travelled to Peru where she spent time studying with some of the healers of that region - Mainly in Cusco and in the Amazon near Iquitos. From there she travelled to Brazil where she continued to study new methods of healing. Since 2006 she has completed further energetic healing courses in Australia to compliment her skills.

Reiki courses:
Taught in the tradition of Usui Mikao. The founder of Reiki.
Level 1 is learning to heal oneself, may practice on family and friends.
As well as the history of Reiki.
Note: you must always obtain permision before practicing on a person.
Once you have mastered that than if you choose to be a healer you can obtain:
Level 2, which is learning to heal others and obtainning the symbols.
Allows you to be a practitioner. Level II teaches you how to do
long distance healing.
Level 1 - over 2 days
Level 2 - over 2 days.

Earth Meditation
We meet once a month to send healing energy to the planet.

The earth meditation was created to bring people together with the same, common cause, to bring healing to our planet.
We bring together a mix of teachings from around the world. Common to all of the teachings is our connection to the planet and the responsibility we all have to heal, respect and honour the earth mother.
Through guided, group meditation, we send healing energy to the earth. At the same time we also nurture and bring healing to ourselves.
Contributions for the meditation are by donation. Proceeds will go to a charity that we feel is contributing to planetary healing. We ask that you give what you can afford.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
Certificate 3rd Level Reiki. (Master Level)
All other studies were completed whilst living with Indigenous people from various parts of the world including: USA, Guatamala, Peru, Brazil and Australia. These studies were conducted on their land by the shamans and medicine people.
