SERVICES Relaxation and Meditation classes
Soul Whisperer offers two levels of meditation (non-religious and non-sectarial) over structured 10 week block classes:
- 'Learn how to meditate' – these classes are structured for someone who has had little or no experience with meditation. The class begins with a relaxation session to assist in better preparing both your mind and body for meditation. The meditative techniques that are used within these classes, such as breath awareness through guided meditation, will assist you in detaching from your thoughts and go beyond the confusion within the mind.
- ‘Further your journey’ – these classes are for anyone wanting to further their meditative experience. As above, these classes begin with relaxing the mind and body. These meditative sessions include the use of crystals, chakras, etheric healing and cleansing and ‘finding your guide’.
