Remedial Massage
Remedial massage uses a range of massage techniques to assist in the treatment and management of injuries and health conditions.
Remedial massage is commonly used in treating the following conditions: muscle conditions (tightness, strains, spasms, cramps), tension headaches, tendonitis & tendinosis, arthritis,
postural deviations & conditions, fibromyalgia & myofascial pain syndrome, shin splints, patellofemoral pain syndrome, plantar fasciitis, disc disease & back pain, thoracic outlet syndrome, sports injuries.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage is a very specific light massage technique to improve the activity of the lymph system. The lymph system is involved in immune functionality; and returns fluid, proteins, fats and metabolic waste back to the blood.
