RELAX&REVIVE
This is our signature massage. We combine Remedial, Deep Tissue, Swedish and Reflexology styles of massage into our own unique blend. This fabulous full body massage combats stress, fatigue, tension, aches and pains, jetlag and promotes healthy circulation.
DEEP TISSUE, SPORTS
A strong, deep massage which locates and dissolves muscle tension. Great for muscle spasms, neck, shoulder or back pain. Can be tailored to concentrate on the muscles relevant to your sport/activity.
SWEDISH
A gentle and soothing manipulation of the muscles. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, improves circulation and relieves stress and tension by calming sensory nerves. Can be used in combination with the Aromatherapy massage.
CORPORATE MASSAGE
5, 10 or 15 minute seated massage sessions to release back, neck and shoulder tension, we come to you. $85/hour or part there of.
AROMATHERAPY
We use 100% pure essential oils that relax and revitalise body, mind and soul. Choose your own blend or ask your therapist to help you create a blend to relax and restore energy.
PREGNANCY
A special massage tailored to help reduce the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Pregnancy massage can help relieve sciatic nerve pain and upper and lower back pain. Promotes calmness and relaxation. Treat yourself you deserve it.
