THE CONSULTATION
Your intital consultation (30-40 minutes) will consist of a number of tests including -
Bioimpedance analysis (biological age, body composition, cellular health assessment)
Urine test for overgrowth of bad bacteria in the gut
Zinc assessment.
Completion of an extensive health questionnaire before your initial appointment for tests, will reveal past and present health issues.
Food that you eat and exercise you do will also be assessed.
Reports of tests and a personalised treatment plan will be available to you within a week, with comprehesive explanation of your individual needs from Sharon, our Naturopath. (30 minutes)
Your personal program may include vitamin and mineral supplements, probiotics, herbal medicines, homoeopathics, food, lifestyle suggestions and exercise.
