Treatment Types
Remedial massage (60 or 90 minutes) focuses on the assessment and treatment of injuries and dysfunctions of muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints. Remedial massage can benefit clients with:

Sports massage (30, 60 or 90 minutes) focuses on optimising performance, recovery from sports injuries, and pre/post competition performance and recovery. The session may integrate remedial and relaxation techniques depending on your needs.
Sports kinesiology: (60 minutes) An integrated approach to achieving your goals – holistic approach integrating posture, nutrition, lifestyle and exercise advice. Blends the latest sports science, traditional medicine and natural therapies.
Relaxation massage: (30, 60 or 90 minutes) A wonderful way of maintaining your health and wellbeing, relaxation massage includes flowing, relaxing strokes, and deeper trigger point work if you wish, tailored to your needs.

Mango Massage Practitioner: Anna Vanderbom
Anna Vanderbom is a massage therapist and sports kinesiologist, who has been practising since 2005. Anna lectures at the Australian Institute of Massage and has extensive experience in working with athletes and athletic performance, injuries, back and hip pain, headaches, as well as helping people achieve their goals and reach their optimum health. Anna may call upon other therapists, selected and trained to ensure they provide the very best massage experience available, to assist at busy times – but she will always inform you if that is the case.
