B.E.R. Testing is an amazing method of investigating the body's own energy fields. When all the energy fields are working correctly, a person feels good, but if the energy fields are in a state of dis-ease, a person feels unwell.
B.E.R. Testing is an un-intrusive way of testing for imbalances within the body. Once the imbalance is found you can be assisted and treated. There are many symptoms of dis-ease and they manifest as many medical conditions including Food Allergies, Asthma, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Tiredness and Fatigue Eczema and Skin Complaints, Arthritis and Joint Pain, fibromyalgia Catarrh and Sinus Congestion, Anxiety, Depression, Hyperactivity, Headaches, Migraine, Poor Circulation. Hyperactivity, ADD & ADHD and much more.
Bio-Energetic Regulatory Medicine (BER)
Biological energy comes from the traditional idea of acupuncture. Early diagnosis means identifying a problem at its early stage of functional/energetic imbalance, and before this imbalance has time to cause serious physiological or pathological changes. For example Diabetes, or Hormone imbalances such as Thyroid or Estrogen.
How does it work?
The patient holds an electrode whilst the BER practitioner electronically measures the sensitivity to certain products by touching an acupuncture point located on the finger (or toe) with a measuring instrument. Ampoules of substance are then placed in a "Honeycomb" one at a time to indicate sensitivity to certain products. The procedure is comfortable and completely pain free.
The results are compiled for you to take away at the end of your first session. Children can be tested as long as they can sit still for at least 30 minutes.
The basic allergy and intolerance test will include over 100 substances and a vitamin and mineral deficiency test. Your results are recorded and discussed in detail at the end of the session. If necessary, appropriate supplementation and Detox programme will be recommended. I ask you to book a follow up appointment for re-testing after a period of between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the specific results so that progress can be monitored. After 12 weeks I review the treatment and advise clients on the safe introduction of foods into their diet. As this is a diagnostic and preventative therapy it combines totally with traditional medicine.
Strangely enough, if you are sensitive to a certain type of food you will most likely crave it and almost certainly eat it on a regular basis. This may becomes mildly addictive. You could even be surprised that you are reacting to it. The food you are eating or your environment could be the cause of your symptoms.
