Meditation
Insight Counselling also develops relaxation and meditation training programs, and offers guidance, counselling and instruction for those interested in improving their quality of life and general health.
Insight Counselling offers a series of meditation cds and training that assists in the management of stress and anxiety and acts as a source of information and knowledge on matters concerning health and happiness, wellbeing and wisdom. Importantly, the meditations and training are designed to help the practitioner using them open their hearts and develop a more compassionate and balanced approach to life. This process helps one gain a fuller understanding of the deep and profound untapped potential within each and everyone of us.

What is the meaning of life?
Who am I really?
How can I find happiness and inner peace?
What sort of life do I want to live?

Holistic & Philosophical Counselling
Throughout the ages, famous scholars, philosophers and saints have relied upon dialogue to explore the issues facing humanity with more depth, understanding and insight. Effective communication has the power to heal long standing problems and illuminate one's understanding, enabling you to consider the situation from a variety of perspectives. Regardless from where you begin your journey of self discovery and inquiry, sincere effort is rewarded through the experience of inner transformation of thought and feeling, mind and body.
The holistic & philosophical counselling, health advice and training in mental development offered at Insight Counselling helps you address your concerns and issues, enabling you to gain greater insight and ability to access the true causes of happiness and inner peace. Through a focus on dialogue we teach you how to 'let go' of unpleasant feelings, and by combining compassionate communication with listening, we help you access and develop the inner qualities and resources you need to solve problems and more effectively actualise your own unlimited inner potential. .
Just as study has the power to eliminate ignorance, investigation and and thoughtful dialogue empowers those participating in this process by focusing upon the issues you choose to raise. The direction we take and therefore, the results, are yours.
Holistic and philosophical inquiry thus has the power to liberate you from false beliefs and assumptions, enabling you to gradually discover a more joyful experience of yourself, others and the world around you.
Releasing
At Insight Counselling, we teach you how to let go of all the emotional baggage that has been getting in the way of doing what you want to do, enabling you to become increasingly successful at everything you do. Learning how to change from the inside out brings about lasting improvement in our lives, along with satisfaction and inner fulfillment. Rather than being locked into a cycle of holding on to limiting emotions and feelings, we can learn to let go and release these limitations and thereby gain greater access to happiness, peace and freedom.
If you are looking for ways to free yourself from all your unwanted patterns of behaviour, thought and feeling, then taking the time out to understand yourself and gain more inner knowledge is incredibly beneficial. Living in an incredibly fast paced world where we are constantly forcing ourselves to move more rapidly just to keep up with material development and the ever changing environment, we often overlook the very moment that offers the greatest opportunity for self recognition, which is NOW. However, if we adopt a mindset which allows us to take time to explore the inner realm or reality as though we have all the time in the world, we can avoid giving ourselves spiritual indigestion and thereby become more able to embrace truth and it's possibilities more completely.
