When you practice Kundalini Yoga or have a Gestalt Counselling session you feel more relaxed and have more clarity around issues that you are facing in your life.
When we work together you will receive time and space to focus on you and what you desire. You create an intention of what you would like to work with and we go for it. You will be able to relax, breath and get fit! You will leave feeling different.
One of my students was very confused about what she was wanting to put her energy into. Practicing Kundalini Yoga helped her work out what her heart really desired and she is now flourishing with her work and was able to let go of what she no longer needed.
One student had not had a good nights sleep for 15 years. After 3 Kundalini Yoga classes he was able to sleep peacefully without pain. The rest of his life is taking off now he is more relaxed.

Kundalini Yoga : Yoga of Awareness
Kundalini Yoga combines postures, chanting, body locks, hand positions and breathing which are threaded together into a specific sequence which targets an aspect of self to develop. The practice is transformational and fun for all abilities.

An uplifting start to the morning this two hour practice includes one hour of mantra with live music and one hour of yoga. You will leave feeling transformed!

Gestalt Counselling
Chloe offers gestalt counseling as a part of the Terrigal Gestalt Institute Student Clinic.
What is Gestalt counseling…
- The therapy is over fifty years old and has continued to evolve to become deeply respectful, holistic and dynamic in it’s promotion of self awareness and growth.
- You are the expert of your own experience and will be encouraged to access your own personal wisdom
- You will explore new ways of living and relating in the ‘here and now’
- We will create a healing space free from judgment and antidote
- We will strive to create an authentic relationship where you can discover and be your true self
The cost is $35 per session with a commitment of six sessions required.
