With each of our 60-90 minute long sessions we focus on the solution, not attempt to discover the cause. You may already know what stops you and holds you back; in most cases you already know where it started, and yet it still holds you back. The number of sessions will vary with what you want to achieve. Some therapists think a session each week for six months is acceptable. I prefer to achieve faster and better lasting results.
Based upon a Systemic Thinking approach, where the results you experience are directly related to (but not limited by) who you are now. Working with a combination of hypnosis, NLP, self-relations and more we work together to shift the key ‘leverage’ areas to achieve the best positive gains (in your life or performance) from minimum input.
