South Eastern Chiropractic aims to provide you the best possible health care through Naturopathy, Chiropractic, Counselling and Massage Therapy (deep tissue, relaxation and pregnancy massage is available).

Changing your eating habits in conjunction with a healthy exercise routine and practitioner support can aid you in achieving your weight loss goals. Most importantly we offer a lifestyle program to teach you how to stay healthy and maintain weight once your goals have been reached.
The program consists of consuming a balance of carbohydrates and protein foods to achieve fat loss whilst maintaining muscle mass.

COUNSELLING
Counsellor specialises in individual, couple and family therapy. Treats a range of emotional and health issues related to sense of well-being and autonomy including self-esteem, sense of purpose, anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship dilemmas. Works with clients to resolve long-term and short term issues and to develop and enhance sense of mastery in their lives. Helps clients find their own resources and strengths.
