Initial Health Appraisal (Adult 60mins or Child 30mins)
This service includes a thorough medical case history and a series of specific testing including: a VLA test (measuring your body composition and biomarkers including your biological age, fat mass, muscle mass and fluid balance); a Hemaview test (a live blood screening giving information about infection, inflammation and allergy); a Urinary Indicans Test (investigating digestive health); and a Zinc test (assessing immune function and healing ability).
Repeat Consultation (30 mins)
This appointment is a review of your progress and may include repeat testing that was conducted in the Initial Health Appraisal.
Nutrition & Dietary Evaluation (30 mins)
This involves an analysis of your current diet and recommendations for improving your nutrition status.
Family Initial Health Appraisal (90mins)
= 1 adult + 1-2 children < 12yrs

Katy Dyson is a qualified Naturopath and Health Promotion Practitioner having a passion for nutrition, herbal medicine and natural medicine. Katy has completed university level degrees in both the Science and Natural Medicine fields in Western Australia. She has a broad knowledge of medical health issues and a balanced perspective on treatment with natural, nutritional and pharmaceutical medications. She has had a diverse range of clinical and practical experience including: working in private practice with GP’s and Psychologists (WA); as a sales representative and practitioner consultant for Australia’s leading vitamin and nutrition company (WA & QLD); and as a Chronic Disease Management Coordinator for a top pharmaceutical company (TAS). Now in her new clinic and emporium, Tonic: Inspired Health, Katy is committed to your wellbeing and dedicated to helping find the most appropriate treatment strategy for your health needs. She will happily offer an approach to complement or support any existing medical or natural treatment you may be having.
