What is involved in an initial consultation?
At the initial consultation a thorough history is performed of your problem and also any other relevant health issues. Next a thorough and appropriate examination is performed, which will identify if your problem is a Chiropractic one. If x-rays are required, we can take them onsite for your convenience. These help to rule out any pathology and allow us to see the condition of your spine and where the problem is likely to be. Once your problem has been identified, then treatment can begin to get you better as soon as possible! Treatment may consist of specific adjustments, corrective exercises, stretches and ergonomic advice. We also have an onsite massage therapist if further soft tissue work is required.
Myotherapy
Our Myotherapist Rhazyl, assesses and physically treats myofascial pain, injury and dysfunction affecting movement and mobility. Myotherapy is applied in the preventative, corrective and rehabilitative phases of therapy to restore and maintain the normal integrity of the soft tissue structure (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia) of the human body.
