SERVICES
REIKI MASTER HEALING SESSIONS IN PERSON
Sessions one on one take place in a safe nurturing space designed for deep relaxation and peace which are pre requisites for healing of lasting value to occur. They go for either 60 or 90 minutes. In these sessions I may or may not use physical touch depending on various factors which can be discussed prior to the session.
Reiki takes place on a massage table where you are fully clothed and covered with a blanket to keep warm as the deep relaxing nature of the treatment can cause the body to cool down alot over the course of the session. There is gentle music playing in the background and delicate fragrances to help you drift deep into a tranquil place to receive Reiki. Heating is also provided so that you are nice and warm. Please advise me when you book your session if you have any preferences or aversions to certain fragrances or certain musical pieces - so that I can as much as possible tailor your session to suit you perfectly so that you can just relax and enjoy!
The main thing for sessions in person is that you come with a good meal in your stomach beforehand! This is so your body can integrate the high healing frequencies and at the same time draw on the nutrients from the food you ate to bring the healing more effectively deep into the cells. Good food to eat would include say bananas as they also redyhrate your body and are easily digested before a deep healing session. Apples are also good for this dual purpose. Another thing is to allocate time after the session to take a walk in the park nearby so the healing sinks deep.
In addition to face to face Reiki sessions there are additional ways to receive the benefits of Reiki, especially for those who cannot make it to a session in person due to incapacitation, the person requiring treatment is located overseas, amongst many other reasons.
REIKI MASTER HEALING SESSIONS BY TELEPHONE
Reiki does not require the presence of the Reiki Master in the same place as you for you to receive the healing. Science through quantum physics is only just starting to acknowledge what spiritual masters down the ages have been saying for millenia: that in truth there is no such thing as time and space: that in fact this is now a scientifically proven illusion: in truth we are made up of light!
The good news about this is that Reiki being by it's very nature vibratrional in it's healing action can very effectively be sent over long distances - I can send Reiki to you anywhere! I gently bring you out of the session when we are done
All you do to make the most of your session is ensure that you will not be disturbed by anyone whilst the healing is happening, preferably lie down, keep warm, relax and just enjoy yourself!!
REIKI MASTER HEALING SESSIONS VIA DISTANCE
This service is in place for you if you can't make it to a healing session in person due to distance or incapacitation. It is also available for people who have ill relatives in hospital overseas. Remote healing of this nature is usually done at night at a time pre arranged with you so that you or your loved one downloads the Reiki when you are deeply relaxed.
A short telephone consult at a pre arranged time takes place a couple of days later to check in and see how you are doing.
REIKI MASTER ENVIRONMENT HEALING
All too often the cause of illness can be traced to stressed environments. I can assist in this event for you to make the most of your healing sessions with intuitive assessment of your living and work environments and work with you to bring about the best means of balancing this. I have many years experience as an intuitive artist and have a thorough knowledge of the the art of placement following the basis of geomancy from both Eastern and Western traditions. This can be used as a means to bring increased peace to your home. This means that the Reiki healing in sessions will last longer and you get more peace between healing sessions.

Q: What is the difference between Reiki and Massage therapy?
A: "Massage therapy is a physical based modality that works by manipulating the physical body through a series of set movements to relieve pain symptoms.
Reiki is a vibrational therapy that works through the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical dimensions to effect holistic healing, that can be delivered through hands on healing or over distance. In addition to purely symptomatic relief found through physical based modalities, Reiki targets the core of the issue where it is possible to achieve lasting healing results."
Q: If I come with physical pain how does Reiki help me?
A: "When we consider that we are not just physical beings, that we are also alive at the mental, emotional and spiritual levels which gives rise to our experience of being in a physical body, we can appreciate that by virtue of Reiki being a multidimensional healing technique, that Reiki targets the core of a healing issue which may be sourced at the emotional, mental or spiritual levels, which then resolves the experience of pain in the physical body. ANN'S BACKGROUND
Ann is a powerful sought after Reiki channel partly due to having the genetic predisposition through numerous second, third and fourth generation influences of energy healers in her family tree, and also through the many years of Reiki practice in addition to other energy work in the Body, Mind and Spirit field as an intuitive and mandala artist
Ann has been passionate about Reiki since 1984 when first encountering it's healing benefits as a client. In 1991 spontaneous opening of her channelling abilities occurred deep in meditation. This is not unusual given that this was the way her great grandfather and mother before her also originally started to channel. Ann formalised her new found healing abilities in her 1st Degree Reiki attunement in 1992. Ann has practised Reiki every day since then and after her third review of Reiki 1 followed on with Reiki attunements at the successive levels before finally attaining Mastery in 2006
Ann has a lifelong passion for flowers and plants, since crawling around in the Australian bush on the outskirts of Sydney as a toddler and first drawing Australian flora at the age of 5. Ann has worked with flower essences since 1995 and has formulated powerful synergistic blends sourced from essences all around the world. She is also a talented botanic artist.
