Holistic Counselling is an intergrated approach to counselling that helps to enable and enhance life transformation, personal growth,healing and soul centred living.
It draws apon research of Transpersonal Psychology, Counselling, Holistic Health Care,Mind-body Medicine,The Healing Arts, Life Coaching and Psychotherapy.
To put it simply, "Holistic" meaning whole- refers to the whole person rather than the symptoms.
To truly engage and connect with the whole individual for all that they are.

All individuals can benefit from sessions and the time is used for the individual as their own space, a place to release, express and heal.

What is Reiki?
The act of laying hands on another human to comfort and relieve pain is as old as instinct. Reiki is healing energy that is transmitted through the hands. Some people feel Reiki as warmth,others as hot energy.
