Naturopathy can be used very successfully either alone or to complement conventional treatments and other natural medicine modalities.

What Is Polarity Therapy?
All pain, tension, dis-ease, emotional and mental illness is an indication of blocks and distortions in our body’s energy flow through its natural patterns. As dis-ease is regarded as the effect of energy being disrupted in its natural flow, healing is seen as the process of releasing the obstructions to keep free flow of energy, ultimately creating overall health and wellbeing.

How Can Polarity Therapy Help Me?
These energy blockages or restrictions can be caused by a number of factors such as diet, emotional upset, stress, physical trauma, attitudes and beliefs therefore the aim of Polarity Therapy is to return the body to balance with nature creating a reconnection with the source.
This is achieved by:
bodywork- the practitioner places hands on the body using different techniques to release blocks and balance energy flow
exercise- stretching postures/meditations to do at home
diet- suggestions for changes to support or decrease certain elements

What To Expect When I Come For a Treatment...
First and foremost confidentiality and professionalism
Your initial consultation will take an hour and involve a detailed case history taking; dietary and lifestyle assessment; diagnostic tests, In some cases, clients will be requested to obtain results of recent diagnostic testing from their doctor and to bring these along to the initial consultation. Daniella may refer for pathology testing or to other health professionals if appropriate.
All medicines are individually made and dispensed according to what your body needs at that time.
Empowerment and motivation to improve your health
Your individual treatment plan may consist of a herbal prescription containing up to 20 individual plant medicines to treat the symptoms as well as the cause of the problem. Nutritional supplements may also be prescribed. Dietary and lifestyle recommendations are usually part of the treatment plan and in the case of mental or emotional issues, Homeopathy and Bach flower remedies can be prescribed to help with specific areas.
A follow up consultation is usually necessary in 3 or 4 weeks to check on your progress and also modify any prescriptions.
