All limiting beliefs are decisions we make about ourselves usually during a significant emotional event or in a stressful time. We then make assumptions about ourselves called limiting decisions. These decisions limit our behavior. Examples are: “I can't do that” or “I can't have that” which in hindsight may or may not be true.
