WELCOME TO PERFECT PILATES

Perfect Pilates is one of Melbourne’s premier Pilates studios, offering individual and group Pilates and stretch classes from our newly-refurbished premises in Brunswick.

We cater only for small group and individual sessions in the belief that subtle adjustments and attention to detail can be lost in large group scenarios. We like to take the time to attend to your Pilates needs properly, without generalising and without cutting any corners.

We offer Pilates instruction in an encouraging, challenging and fun atmosphere. Our instructors have been trained in the Classical style, which is based upon the principle that core strength and stabilty takes priority over peripheral movements. In addition to this, our instructors are fully certified to teach the Pilates Method, and are members of the Pilates Method Alliance.

So whether you are a beginner keen to give Pilates a try or an experienced devotee looking for a change of venue, feel free to contact us for more information.
