The Feldenkrais Method®


The Feldenkrais Method® facilitates learning about improving posture, movement, breathing and how to increase the range and ease in both every-day movements such as bending or reaching or sitting at the computer. It helps us to become more aware of our movement patterns and habits that may interfere with what we want to do. The Method is designed so that you can have a one on one hands-on session (Functional Integration® or F.I. lesson), or join a group class (Awareness Through Movement® or A.T.M.). As well as running a busy private practice, Francesca teaches classes in Brunswick and teaches internationally. She has recorded Feldenkrais movement lessons on CD.
