Nikki has an established background in massage therapy, trigger point therapy and kinesiology. More recently she has added NST Bowen therapy to the mix and now derives techniques from each modality to provide clients with a combination of instant relief and long term improvements.
Nikki uses her intuitive touch to release tension from the muscles and body. Her deep relaxation techniques then assist the body in integrating and continuing the changes well after the session has completed.
Her experience and knowledge have accumulated since 2000 with a private client base, corporate chair massage contracts and as the official artist massage therapist for the Adelaide Festival of Arts 2006 & 2008.
NST Bowen Therapy

Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) is considered by many to be the worlds leading technique in structural and spinal therapy for lasting pain removal and rejuvenation.
When applied, NST initiates a process of natural auto-regulation to occur in the spinal column and consequently throughout the whole body. It is essentially a soft tissue osteopathic-style therapy designed to remove pain, physiological dysfunction and even psychological imbalances by restoring the structural integrity of the body.
The typical response to NST is a rapid reduction of symptoms, followed by an in crease in energy and greater sense of well being.
