LOMI LOMI
Lomi Lomi is the Hawaiian name for massage, and is also known as "Loving Hands" Massage, it is deeply relaxing, nurturing, and healing.
Through gentle, yet deep, continuous strokes, the body relaxes and is able to allow the release of tension and blockages - which may include physical tension, old beliefs, emotional pain.
Lomi Lomi is intuitive. Long, continuous wave-like strokes, under-body strokes, gentle stretches, joint loosening, and working separate areas of the body simultaneously help to free the energy in the body.
Lomi Lomi sessions are 90 or 120 minutes.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Relax and be nurtured, this is a time to really love and care for your body, mind, and soul—as well as your baby.
Massage throughout pregnancy helps to allow for a more enjoyable and relaxed pregnancy, as well as physically helping your body prepare for birth.
Advice, guidance and/or referal is available for breathing and relaxation techniques; exercises to help facilitate natural birth; natural birth choices—including sacred Lotus Birth.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE
For relief of aches, pains, and soft tissue injury.
A variety of techniques may be employed to facilitate tension release, including deep tissue massage, rythmical and soothing strokes, trigger point therapy, stretches, MET, and many more.
Sessions times are 30 to 120 mins.
OTHER MODALITIES:
