Modalities offered are - remedial, swedish, trigger point, pregnancy, lymphatic drainage, corrective exercises and now available… ancient healing hot stone therapy.

Sarah is a physiotherapist who qualified in her native Switzerland. Her background as a Swiss Champion rower and her work-related experience in sports rehabilitation and orthopaedics give her a great perspective from which to work for ESense as a massage therapist. She performs Remedial, Pregnancy and Sports Massage, including Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy.
Sarah is available all day Monday and Tuesday, limited slots are available on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Rebecca Cooke is an accredited member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and is registered with most major health funds. She is also a fully registered Homeopathic Practioner
A qualified remedial massage therapist since 1999, Rebecca is highly skilled and experienced. She specialises in a broad variety of modalities to achieve optimal results for her clients.
What is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a system of medicine developed by German physician Dr Samuel Hahnemann over 200 years ago. It is based upon the Law of Similiars (like cures like). In other words a medicine is given to you which reflects or mirrors the symptoms that you are experiencing. Homeopthic medicines act on the mind and body as a totality and stimulate the body's own inherent healing powers to overcome the condition.
