The Retreat aims to provide you with the ultimate in relaxing and rejuvenating your body, soul, spirit. At Retreat you can take time out for yourself to indulge and nourish yourself leaving you revitalised and ready to face the world again.
The Spa offers an extensive range of massage techniques, body wraps and exotic facial masks. Hydrotherapy treatments include a hydro- therapy bath, steam and infra red sauna, body scrub and Vichy shower. We also offer hand and foot treatments.
Naturopathic Services are also provided by a highly qualified Naturopath offering special programs in weight loss and detoxification and promoting health and well-being.

Our professional therapists are delighted to offer you Pevonia Botanica skin care. It is unrivalled for it’s powerful natural elixirs and high performance treatments.
Retreat also favors the Li’tya spa range for many of it’s day spa treatments. It is of exceptional quality, utilizing pure organic active botanical bases, native essential oils and plant extracts.
Cancellation Policy
When you reschedule or cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice, otherwise a 25% cancellation fee will apply. Credit card details are required for treatments of 2 hours plus.
Gift Vouchers
Are available for all treatments, payment can be made in person or by phone and the vouchers will be posted to you or you can pick them up. All vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

As a guest you have complimentary use of our relaxation room, shower and lockers, luxurious robes, slippers, towels and Retreats herbal tea blends created especially to enhance your experience.
Location
Nestled on a bend in Coffs Creek near the Jetty only 2.5kms from the Cities Central Business District the Promenade is an up-market shopping centre with beautiful restaurants and a great selection of boutique shops.
Suggested Attire
We provide you with spa attire and a locker for your personnel belongings. Swim Wear is recommended for water treatments, however, disposable underwear is available on request.
Arrival Time
To enjoy the full value of your spa treatment, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out forms and relax before your treatment.

Treatments
Treatments are based on a rate of $89.00 per hour (with some exceptions). This gives you the freedom to create a combination of treatments that suit your individual needs. Our Spa Therapists will be delighted to assist you.
We are able to provide for special occasions and functions including hens parties, anniversaries, pre-wedding pampering, birthdays and corporate rewards. We also offer couples or friends being treated in the same room.

Water Therapy

A high pressure water massage relives muscle tension and eliminates toxic build up, increased circulation and skin toning, leave you feeling invigorated and relaxed. Select your own aromatherapy oil blend and mineral rich salts or indulge in a milk bath.
Vichy ~ 15-30 mins ~ $20-40
Therapeutic shower that gently massages & tones and detoxifies the body.
The Vichy produces a spray like heavy rain making you at first alert ,then relaxed
Infra-Red Sauna ~ 15-30 mins ~ $20-40
Infra-red sauna is a form of radiant heat. It stimulates detoxification of acid & waste residue & heavy metals. The skin also sheds any old skin cells leaving the skin glowing with improved tone & elasticity.

This delightful sensual and nurturing face ,hand and foot treatment will purify, smooth, condition and re-charge the very essence of your being from the scalp to the toes. Targeting all the stressed, parched, overactive and stiff zones, these areas will be massaged, marinated, polished, and lovingly lubricated with a personalised blend of our powerful plant actives, potent essential oils and resotartive native extracts.
RETREATS

Glide into the luxurious realm of Retreats finest treatments with this three hour, spa therapy session devoted to shedding your physical being of impurities, restoring clarity and balance. This deeply therapeutic journey includes a MIJI JINA foot session, MALA MAYI body wrap, KODO body massage, PAUDI head massage, MIRRI facial & MIJI POLAMA hand treatment. Our invigorating desert salts & nourishing native plants will leave your body energised, relaxed and smiling with delight.
Our day spa therapists will help you to create your own ultimate Retreat experience ranging in duration from 2 hours to 5 hours. A choice of our essential oil blends or teas are a take-home treat

Harnessing the healing power of touch, this unique Li'Tya massage technique inspired by traditional Australian Aboriginal methods, helps to re-align the body using a combination of pressure point therapy and rhythmical spiralling movements. A choice of native Aboriginal aromatic oils is prescribed to address individual needs: rejuvenate, harmonize or detox.Highly recommended as a monthly preventative treatment during times of stress, KODO is a physically holistic meditative experience for the mind, body and spirit.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE ~ 60 mins ~ $89 Including Infra-Red Sauna or Foot Treatment
This is a deeper form of massage that works with muscles, tendons and ligaments to improve their function, this includes a infa-red therapeutic sauna treatment.

Your journey begins with warm exotic coconut oil being drizzled onto the body .Then in a firm and rhythmic massage sequence, heated volcanic stones release their healing energies deep into the muscles, dissolving tension and stress. Water Exfoliation Treatments
Yanko ~ (Translation: `song of running water') ~ 45 mins ~ $69
This liberating full body- wet room exfoliation cleanses the spirit, revitalises the energy meridians and brings tone and clarity to the skin. During this 45-minute session, select native aromatic oils will be rhythmically slathered over your body invigorating the mind and soothing weary muscles. Followed by the application of skin smoothing desert salts buffed gently across your skin to refine texture and stimulate sluggish circulation. Feeling unbelievably relaxed and revived, you will then be stroked and massaged by constant stream of warm water to wash away stresses.
Yanko Jindalee ~ (Translation: `song of running water on skin') ~ 1 Hour 15 Mins ~ $115
Extending the revitalising wet room experience of the Yanko treatment to include a hydrating facial, mind melting Paudi scalp massage and super conditioning Quandong hair mask, this gratifying hydrotherapy experience restores balance, radiance and vitality to the key energy zones, namely the head, torso and legs. Customised to suit each individuals needs, this technique combines warm water massage with native oils, detoxifying peat body mud's, cleansing salt polishes and moisturising botanicals to cleanse the body of inner tension and environmental pollutants. Exceptionally cleansing, this treatment is a true on-the-spot tonic for the body, hair and soul.
Hand Care and Foot Care Treatments
Miji Polama ~ (Translation: `little hand/little fingers') ~ 30 mins ~ $45
Rescue tired, rough and parched hands back from the brink with this superbly soothing, strengthening and replenishing treatment session for tops of hands, fingers and palms. Beginning with a skin softening JIGA POLAMA hand soak, then a texture smoothing scrub with Wattle seed Protein Polish, hands are then covered with Tasmanian Kelp Hydrating Mask before our skin softening Munthari hand lotion is massaged all over hands, cuticles and nails.
Miji Jina ~ (Translation: `little footprint') ~ 30 mins ~ $45
Soak away tension with this wonderfully relaxing and grounding treatment that focuses on the reflex points of the feet. Starting with a serene Jiga Jina aromatic oil foot soak your feet, nails and cuticles are then polished with our stimulating Desert Salts, followed by a freshening and antifungal Pepper berry Foot Mask. Then your feet are smoothed with vitamin rich Munthari foot lotion, followed by a sensory foot massage that brings comfort to the entire body.
Mud Wrap Treatments

Beginning with a relaxing full body aromatic massage and gentle body scrub to loosen, cleanse and awaken the senses, your body is then cocooned in a layer of silky warm mineral rich Mapi Body Mud. Whilst the deliciously warm mud sets to work delivering essential nutrients to the skin, your mind drifts dreamingly into a state of deep relaxation as tension and tightness in the head, neck and face are released using Aboriginal massage techniques in the Paudi scalp massage. After steam treatment and vichy shower you will melt into your kodo massage.
