Stress can affect the body in many ways with symptoms like headaches/migraines, cold/flu, fatigue, disturbed sleep patterns etc .It can show in the body through poor posture, lack of concentration, slurred speech, droopy eyes etc ,this would reflect
in the persons performance.
Back in balance is a team of qualified massage therapists who provide a mobile chair massage service to those in corporate workplaces. The massage, which takes about 15 mins, focuses on releasing joint and muscle tension, whilst improving your circulation, warms and relaxes the muscles, boots your metabolism and relieves stress.

Schedule of fees: $15 per person for 15mins
$12 per person for 10 people or more 15 min session special offer valid till august 2008
$ 20 per person for 20min session
$30 per person for 30 min session
A cancellation fee or non attendance fee will apply : $5.00 for 15 min individual booking, 7.00pp in a block booking 10+, $10.00 for 30min booking.
