What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a wholistic method of healing which recognises the ability of the body to overcome disease and heal itself.
Treatments aim to support and aid the body to heal itself with the use of herbal medicine, homeopathy, and nutritional and lifestyle advice.
What to expect when you come to see me?
I will take a full case history which will include your current symptoms, your health history, and a review of all body systems which will help me gain an understanding of your overall health.
With your case history I will utilise the various Naturopathic modalities mentioned above.
I recommend you have 4 consultations. Initial is about 1.5 hrs followed by 3 follow ups over a period of a year. This is part of my Optimal Wellness Program. This program helps you keep your health on check because your health is like your car you keep it serviced to keep 'healthy' before it breaks down.
