This is why educating you about the foods you eat and how they are affecting your body is primarily how I will help you back to health. Knowledge is the best value for money. I will so to speak "teach you to fish" and give you some ideas about new and exciting foods you can explore at your own pace.
As an additional support to your bodies efforts when healing; for the first few weeks; there is sometimes a need for supplements to be taken to treat deficiencies.

Herbal medicines are used to address the cause of your condition as well as treating the symptoms. This is done by supporting and toning organs, encouraging detoxification and nourishing your organs and tissues.
Flower essences are great remedies for treating emotionally based conditions. Especially shock and anxiety related issues.

Swedish Massage is great for stress management, increasing circulation and to aid detoxification. These are great techniques we can all use living in this fast world.
Remedial Massage is best used to help work out tight and knotted muscels, and is typicaly deep tissue work. This therapy can treat headaches, whiplash, sports and dance injuries, frozen sholder and general muscular pain.
