Mild Depression & Anxiety
We can work through these emotional and mental issues using CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) incorporating the A-B-C sequence and restructuring of your internal dialogue to overcome the limiting, irrational beliefs that depression and anxiety feed on. As well as this, I utilise systematic desensitization methods where appropriate to overcome anxious responses to certain situations that provoke stress and anxiety.

About Transcendence Counselling & Founder, Jesse Davis - Dip.Prof.Couns, M.A.I.P.C.
There are various therpeutic modelities that I incorporate in my counselling, some of these include: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Therapy (a great one for goals setting and Life Coaching). Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) which is excellent for students and people who feel stuck in life and not sure what direction to take. I also use Gestalt Therapy which can be extraordinarily powerful in releasing and healing past life and earlier life experiences which still are carried around like baggage holding you back in life.
Having gained the required knowledge and experience for counselling over the past eight years, I am commited to assisting people to bring about change in their lives that bring more peace, happiness and fulfillment.
