HUNA MASSAGE (1.5hr) - this is a full body massage that is relaxing and nurturing and has the ability to bring the body back into physical, mental and emotional balance. it creates a state of presence and INNER RHYTHM to bring clarity of thought and to help the body realign itself for healing to take place.
HOT STONE MASSAGE (1.5hr) - this is a full body massage that has the ability to take the body into a deeper state of relaxation that is meditation, A PLACE OF NOTHINGNESS - total rest. Stones are used as both placement over chakra's and as a tool for massage.
FULL BODY DEEP TISSUE & STONES (1.5hr) - a full body massage for those who require deeper shiatsu and acupressure work, tailored to suit your individual requirements and to maximize release of MUSCLE TIGHTNESS & SORENESS.
RELAXATION FULL BODY MASSAGE (1hr) - a beautiful RELAXING, pampering massage, includes the placement of hot stones for energy balancing.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE - (1hr) - a beautiful relaxing and NURTURING massage. Gentle Aromatherapy oils and Hot Stones to bring the body into a deep state of relaxation, includes hand and foot massage.
REMEDIAL BACK/NECK & SHOULDERS (1hr) - a deeper workout designed to get into those sore spots. Use of aromtheapy oils specifically chosen to release tension bought about by physical activity. TRIGGER POINT therapy and hot stones send the muscles and body into a deeper state of relaxation. Finishing with a light ocean salt scrub and heat to help draw impurities to the surface. Leaving the back feeling clean and refreshed.
AROMATHERAPY OCEAN GLOW (1.5hr) - utilising ocean salts and your choice of aromatherapy oils, this treatment has the ability to either RELAX and bring about a feeling of serenity, or to REVITALISE by bringing balance, or to ENERGISE by lifting the spirits.
AROMATHERAPY FULL BODY MASSAGE (1.5hr) - beautiful pampering treatment, includes a nurturing hand, foot and head massage and placement of Hot Sones to bring the body back into balance.
You may choose between a range of treatments specifically for treating ARTHRITIS/RHEUMATISM, TOXICLEANSE/DETOX, LYMPH DRAINAGE or oils for the treatment of CELLULITE, all made for you fresh on the day .
HEAD & HAIR HEAVEN (1hr) - this treatment incorporates a beautiful shoulder, neck and head massage and a GINKGO & JOJOBA Intensive Moisture Vitamin Hair Masque from the Akin [Alchemy] range of products. Be pampered
FOOT REVIVER (1hr) - start by soothing your feet in a Healing Salt Crystal Foot Spa. Followed by a relaxing and healing foot massage, utilising PEPPERMINT & BASIL foot creams to awaken and hot towels to relax. Be nurtured.
REIKI, POLARITY BALANCING, CRYSTALS, CHAKRA CLEANSING (1hr)
CORPORATE CHAIR MASSAGE (20min) - this form of massage is carried out on an ergonomically designed chair and is primarily used for BUSY OFFICES and employers who appreciate the hard work of their employees.
Can also be used when clients are unable to lie on their stomachs.
