Therapies and price list
Full body massage: 90 min - $90 ; 60 min - $60
Relaxation massage: Light, slow strokes to soothe the muscles, inducing an overall feeling of wellbeing. Essential oils of Chamomile, Jasmine and Lavender will send the recipient into a state of bliss.
Detoxification massage: Stronger, deeper strokes that increases circulation, providing oxygen and removing built-up toxins. Cinnamon, Geranium and Lemongrass essential oils stimulate detoxification processes, providing full body health benefits.
Therapeutic massage: Deep tissue massage, trigger point and passive movements are combined with Basil, Lavender and Petigrain essential oils to provide specific treatment for tired, painful or healing muscles.
Energising massage: Firm, fast strokes that invigorate both the mind and the body. Essential oils of Lemon, Peppermint and Petigrain, assist to alleviate tense muscles and provide all over stimulation.
Specialised massage: 45 min - $50 ; 30 min - $40
Therapeutic massage: As above but with focus on one specific area of the body only.
Back massage: As light or strong as you desire, concentrating on the numerous weight bearing muscles of the back. Cedarwood, Chamomile and Eucalyptus essential oils provide warmth and relaxation for these large muscles.
Indian Head massage: Using ancient techniques, firm fingertip massage to the entire surface of the head and upper neck releases built up tension, promotes circulation, stimulates detoxification and gentle realignment of the bones of the skull. A blend of Cedarwood, Lavender, Thyme, Sage and Ylang Ylang in Sweet Almond oil compliments the massage to provide an all over feeling of wellbeing.
Hand and foot massage: Containing energy connections known as reflex points, for all parts of the body, massage of the hands and feet provides an all over therapeutic benefit, as well as pampering and relaxation. Essential oils of Lavender, Neroli and Rosemary will soothe tired muscles, soften the skin and strengthen the nails.
All massages use high grade carrier and essential oils and for an extra $10, oils can be made to treat a specific issue. Remaining oils will be made available to be taken home, continuing the benefits of the treatment.
Reiki: 45 min - $45 ; 60 min - $55
The ancient healing method of delivering vital life force energy to the recipient through the non-invasive process of laying on of hands. Removes emotional blockages, balance energies and ultimately provides an overall sense of wellbeing.
Facials: 45mins - $55
Releases the ‘facial expression muscles’ of the face, providing instant beautifying effects, leaving you looking and feeling serene.
Fountain of youth: Essential oils of Neroli, Orange, and Palmarosa, will leave your skin soft, supple and youthful. A Red French clay mask will reduce the appearance of bags under the eyes and broken capillaries as well as provide toning to facial tissue.
Detoxifying: Essential oils of Geranium, Fennel and Patchouli, followed by a Green French clay mask, will gently draw toxins out of the skin and assist in tissue repair.
Gentle touch: For sensitive skin. Essential oils of Chamomile, Lavender and Rosewood will soothe and cleanse the skin, followed with a Pink French clay mask that will assist with tissue firming.
Packages: 180 min - $160 ; 150 min - $140 ; 120 min - $110 ; 90 min - $90 ; 60 min - $60
Packages can be designed to meet your needs and can include a combination of any of the listed treatments. Please note that the inclusion of a facial adds an extra $5 to the cost.
Redesign: Back massage and Hand and foot massage (60min)
Reassimilate: Reiki and facial (90 min)
Realign: Full body massage, Reiki and Indian head massage (120 min = 2 hrs)
Rebalance: Detoxification massage, Indian Head massage, foot and hand massage (150 min = 2 1/2 hrs)

This interest lead me to discover the undisputed benefits of natural therapies. I have a diploma of Remedial massage and a diploma of Aromatherapy. I am also a trained Reiki, Indian Head massage and Bach Flowers practitioner. I am passionate about natural health and keen to provide willing bodies with the energy they require to restore health and balance within themselves.
