YogaVibe offers both Ashtanga and Vinyasa classes.


Class Descriptions


Mysore – Mysore style is a self practice where students can practice the Primary Series at their own pace. Students arrive anytime during the class period and begin their practice. There is no verbal instruction except for the personal instruction that a student receives individually. Highly recommended for students who want to deepen their practice and receive individual guidance.

Intro to Ashtanga – An introduction to the Ashtanga practice taught in the tradition of Sri.K.Pattabhi.Jois. A sequence of postures linked with the breath.

Level 1 Ashtanga – For students who have already completed the Intro to Ashtanga course and wish to deepen their practice.

Led Primary Series – This 2hr class is led by a teacher taking students through the Ashtanga Primary Series. Experienced students only.

Morning Flow – An excellent way to start your day! This class begins with Vinyasa (synchronizing movement & breath) and progresses into a series of postures held for period of time. Allowing the students to deepen their awareness and focus on proper alignment. Bring balance back into your life! Suitable Beg/General.

Power Flow – Reshape and revitalize with this medium to fast tempo class, interweaving postures with the sun salutation flow. Increase your energy levels, stability, flexibility and strength while bringing focus to the mind. Transform your life! Suitable Beg/General.

Flow & Restore – A medium tempo class, this sequence of postures are a mix of dynamic and static poses. A challenging and invigorating class ending with a restorative approach to soothe the mind and body. Suitable Beg/General.

Thursday 7.30-9.00pm Level 1 Ashtanga

Friday 1.15-2.15pm 1hr Power Flow
Friday 5.00-6.30pm Flow & Restore

Saturday 9.00-10.30am Morning Flow
