Gentle Fit classes are none intimidating, low to moderate intensity, suited for the older, young at heart, the unfit or overweight person. A gentle program aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, balance and flexibility. Gentle fit classes will help increase your basal metabolic rate (BMR), lean body mass, reduce body fat, and improve bone mineral density and blood lipid levels, which helps protect you from osteoporosis. All welcome - levels and options for everyone.

BODY’SOUL Fitness weight loss and personal training packages are designed to help give you the results you're looking for once and for all, an individual fitness & health program suited to you with real food for real people.
