"Massage fosters our well-being. It is a necessity, not a luxury.
You’ve set aside an uninterruptible hour just for you;
that alone is a powerful healing message which for most of us is too often denied."

Naturopathy is a compilation of a wide variety of natural therapeutics and healing techniques. This natural method of healing is based on the premise that the body contains the innate wisdom and power to heal itself, providing that we enhance rather than hinder that process, and in addition, treating the whole person is more desirable than simply alleviating the symptoms of disease.
Naturopaths encourage the individual to take responsibility for their own healing process. They will encourage them to adjust their lifestyle and diet, boost them with herb and nutritional supplements, recommend exercise and teach them how to maintain the body’s natural state of balance.
Massage can be defined as being the systematic manipulation of the soft tissues of the body to promote health and healing.
Benefits of massage are both physical and psycological. Physically it facilitates the circulation of blood and lymph and the removal of waste products. It also mobilizes soft tissues and nourishes and stimulates the skin. The benefits of massage in reduction of swelling in certain types of oedema are profound.
Psychologically massage produces a feeling of relaxation and well-being. The release of physical tension also releases unconscious mental tension. It is like a spring clean of the mental processes generating a feeling and sense of energy release.
Biomesotherapy is a way of stimulating the body into healing itself. A saline solution, exactly the same as the bodies fluid composition, is placed under the skin using acupressure points as reference. The patient is given an oral homeopathic medicine at the same time which focuses upon the organ or tissue requiring treatment. This type of treatment is good for any muscular or skeletal problems: sprains; lumbago; scar tissue; frozen shoulder are some examples. There are also no side effects, and there is no need to wait until swelling has gone down (in muscle strain for instance), and the sooner you use it the more affective it is! Having said that, long term pain has also greatly benefited from this therapy.
Naturopaths encourage the individual to take responsibility for their own healing process. They will encourage them to adjust their lifestyle and diet, boost them with herb and nutritional supplements, recommend exercise and teach them how to maintain the body’s natural state of balance.
Dorn Spinal Therapy is a gentle vertebra and joint treatment. It is a non-manipulative therapy. It can be used for treating illnesses directly or indirectly connected with the spinal column. It is free of unpleasant side effects, completely safe and yet very effective. No medication is needed.
