Craniosacral Therapy has been described by a patient as " a great DEFRAG". That's pretty accurate, as the mind "Zones" out into a deep space of realignment of mind, body and soul. Another said;" all young people should have this Therapy....they would never bother with drugs again."
Aquatic Therapy..... Muscles melting as if dripping from the bones, being supported floating in warm water by the Therapist, the body gently stretched in a lazy dolphin dance, I apply a nose clip to serenely enter the water. Remedial Massage.... is the signature Therapy of Aquadulgent Massage Centre. Where the Therapist has studied a wide range of subjects about the body and how it works, and an extensive range of Therapies that best target a particular body malfunction. Listens to the patient with ears, hands, eyes, feelings....and charts a course of Therapy to best serve the total health of the patient....
Your first session begins with a consultation to determine the most effective treatment for your concerns. A Structural and Kinesthetic Analysis often focuses a specific treatment, including Exercise Therapy to further enhance the session. Often a combination of Massage Modalities results in a more effective outcome. A favourite with many clients is to book 30 minutes in the Far-Infra -Red Sauna before the Massage.
As a Practitioner of Medical Aromatherapy, Symptom Analysis and Evaluation results in the blending and prescribing of Essential Oil Therapeutics for a range of common ailments.

AQUATIC BODYWORK IN THE HEATED AGUADULGENCE POOL
A NEW WORLD OF ECSTATIC WELLBEING AWAITS.
Aquatic Therapies are practiced in warm water- heated to 35 Degress Celsius , the same as skin temperature.
SOME EFFECTS OF WARM WATER ARE;
1. Promotes muscle relaxation
2. Increases body temperature
3. Causes loss of sense of body shape and boundary
4. Reduces pain sensitivity
5. Decreases muscle spasm
6. Prepares connective tissue for stretching
7. Increases peripheral circulation
SOME EFFECTS OF HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE ARE ;
1. Helps stabilise unstable joints
2. Provides more resistance to expansion of ribs and abdomen in breathing, thereby strengthening diaphram and intercostals
3. Aids venous return in legs
4. Compresses all soft tissues , enhancing Lymphatic return
5. Increases thoracic blood volume , which increases volume of air in ribcage
7. Renal response to immersion is diuresis ; or increased urine secretion, including sodium and potassium.
Aquatic Therapies are relatively new in Australia. Some of the modalities to be encountered here include;
1. WATSU, a style of Shiatsu developed at Harbin Springs in California

3.AQUATHERICS® bodywork begins with a strong understanding of the water and bodies in water in AQUATERNATIVES® foundation class. AQT® program expands into still base, adaptive tools, traveling base and underwater techniques with an emphasis on awareness and allowing the body and being to find their balance.
4. Aqua CRANIOSACRAL, which is a water adaptation of Craniosacral balancing. The receiver is assisted with floats to lie on the back, being supported by the Therapist at all times.
