WHAT HAPPENS AT A HOMEOPATHIC CONSULTATION?
During your first consultation, I will ask about your main complaint. Questions may involve what makes the condition better or worse and when it started. As Homeopathy treats the whole person, I may also ask you questions, not related to your main complaint. However the information may be necessary to help determine the Medicine that I will give you. You will be given some advice on diet and lifestyle, if I feel it is causing, triggering or worsening your condition. I may also recommend supplements, topical creams and flower essences . At the end of the first consultation I will give you your Homeopathic Medicine with instructions on how to take it and when.
Follow up consultations may happen one day, one week or one month after your initial consultation. This depends very much on the illness you suffer from. For example, I may want to see someone with reactive eczema every two weeks for the first 2 - 3 sessions, while someone with Irritable Bowel Syndrome may only need to come once a month.
As a person, I am practical and down to earth - with a desire to help you achieve better health quickly and effectively. I will recommend referrals if I feel it is necessary. For example, I might recommend that an Osteopath could help your muscular condition, more successfully than Homeopathy, or I might recommend a counsellor or psychotherpist if I feel there are emotions that need to be explored more fully.
THE CLINIC
I will only want to see you when you are unwell. Since Homeopathy works quickly and effectively you won’t need to see a Homeopath for too long. Once you are better, a yearly maintenance visit is recommended.
Homeopathic kits can also be made up for you individually for First Aid, Pregnancy and Birth, Sports, Travel, Stress Relief and many others areas.
The clinic is located in East Bentleigh , off Centre Road.
Opening hours are Monday and Wednesday 9am - 8pm, Tuesday 9am - 5pm
You are advised to ring between 9 - 10am on clinic days to discuss your Homeopathic Case Management as the clinic is busy at other times.
FEES
First consultation: $90 for 90 minutes
Follow up: $60 for 60 minutes
First Aid: $45 for 45 minutes
Homeopathic medicine is included in the consultations, however extra supplements, flower essences and creams are a further cost.
Health Rebates are available from most private Health Funds
