WHAT IS AURA BALANCE THERAPY?
Every experience we encounter in life remains in the cellular memory !
Aura Balancing is about clearing any dross caused by shock, trauma, abuse, operation, accident, etc - any physical contact, a surgeon's knife or severe distress, impacts the aura FIRST and then the body, creating emotional blocks and scar tissue memory!
While the physical wounds eventually heal, deeper feelings and soul issues do not, with clients unable to explain exactly WHY they feel blocked or unwell, just 'a knowing' there has been a holding back from living a happy, progressive life
Activating meridian points running parallel to the body, each chakra is accessed and the aura cleared, then re-aligned, restoring balance and inner harmony to the whole of the person
Positive colour energy begins to flow right through the system as the body begins healing itself - clients reportedly say it is as if a huge weight has been lifted, colours seem brighter and they feel stronger after that first sesssion. A follow-up may be advised in 3-4 weeks
Clients are encouraged to look at lifestyle, stress levels, food intake, adequate rest, etc ........... and to practice simple five minute relaxation techniques every day !

WHAT IS RECONNECTION HEALING ?
Think of Reiki healing energy and multiply the intensity by four is a fairly accurate assessment of this wonderful Natural Therapy!
In a reconnection healing session, the practitioner usually works just above the body allowing the flow of chi or energy to interact with the client, to 'sense' where specific health problems lie
A non-invasive treatment that can greatly assist anyone suffering depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis and many other emotional or physical ailments

SOPHIE KIRKMAN comes from a nursing career specialising in midwifery and truly believes everyone can benefit with Reflexology, from babies right through to grandparents and says 'try it you will be amazed at the results"
WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?
or Zone Therapy, is the practice of soft manipulative massage, gently pressing points on feet or hands, sometimes the ears
Likened to a mirror image of the body, certain zones correspond with the nervous system, glands, organs and skeletal system
Reflexology is designed to achieve a vast improvement in one's energy levels, helping a client to relax after a long day and is for everybody and for all types of physical ailments, pulled muscles, fatigue, sciatica, head or chest colds and really marvellous for young babies suffering colic or restlessness during those very early months of life !

where the practitioner & client enter into a realm of co-existence
with the practitioner able to intuitively 'listen and hear' on many levels

Aura Therapy : $65 first session $50 follow-up
Reconnection Healing : $50 hourly session
Reflexology : $50 feet $25 hand treatment

Beeswax tealights, essential for home use or in meditation, due to the lack of paraffin (petrol based chemical) found in standard varieties, an enormous health issue today, especially for those with respiratory problems of any kind
Larger soy candles in lidded jars, ideal for bathing or travelling, spinal and allergy-free pillows selected for comfort and best health practices in the home, complete this section of the Wellbeing Centre
A tiny Gallery area of angel & crystal books, oracle cards, suncatchers, multi-coloured silk cloths and unpolished crystal pieces and original Mandalas on canvas, suitable for healing rooms, offices or private homes, all giving 'time out' for reflection and inspiration !

Profile of the Artist
"As a child I visualised events ahead of their time and saw colours and faint images around people"
Many years later and without formal art training,Glenys began painting angelic faces, giving most of her artwork away to family and friends with reports coming back that colours seemed to flow from the image, giving the recipient a great sense of inner peace
"My aura work really began after my husband suffered a stroke in 1991 and I decided to study many forms of alternate therapies, to support his return to better health and wellbeing"
Opening her first healing room in Mornington, Victoria, in 1996, before the couple moved to Tasmania in 2003
Glenys re-established her practice from a small C1860 cottage in the picturesque town of Deloraine and is now able
to facilitate Aura Balance Therapy alongside Lyn and Sophie at the Centre, while her beautiful inspirational art
sits proudly on the walls, silently doing it's own healing work
