Jennie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian working in private practise on the Northern Beaches. She consults to the Manly Sea Eagles, the NSW Institute of Sport Netball and other sporting teams. Jennie is actively involved in the community promoting healthy eating in schools and to the elderly.
Jennie has significant experience treating health issues such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, Weight Management, Disordered Eating, Family Heath and Sports Nutrition. She will translate scientific information into personalised, practical dietary advice. Jennie believes that well-being requires a holistic approach including a wide variety of nutritious foods, regular physical activity and a balanced lifestyle.
