Hot Stone Massage is a holistic treatment which uses both physical and metaphysical energies to balance the mind, body and spirit.
A variety of hot and cold stones are placed on key energy points of the body, including the chakras, and working stones are used to massage the muscles.
Hot Stone Massage will reconnect you back to the primal forces of the Earth.
The benefits of this treatment come from a combination of the massage and use of heat (thermotherapy).
