AROMATHERAPY TREAMTMENTS
Incorporates, body work and essential oils in a consultation.
Each 90 minute session encompasses massage techniques that aid in calming, relaxing and balancing the body as a whole. These slow rhythmic techniques are lymphatic drainage, acupressure, swedish and remedial massage.
As a Naturopath or Herbalist can use herbal elixirs in therapy, an Aromatherapist has the experience to combine essential oils for specific physical, mental, emotional & spiritual injury. A beneficial and effective way to implement the blend of essential oils is through massage.
However, to assist a Client in improving and maintaining their overall health, an Aromatherapist is also available to prescribe individual essential oil blends to their client to take home and use.
PREGNANCY & POST-NATAL MASSAGE
As an expectant mum, aromatherapy massage is a great way to support you and your baby through the pregnancy. Each 90 minute treatment focuses on your individual needs, from suffering swollen ankles to burning shoulders and sciatica. It can assist you especially if you have previous physical injury prior to conception, and/or relax you as your body experiences the ongoing hormonal changes from beginning to end. Whether it is your first pregnancy or your third, it is a great way to take care of you during this time. Pre-Natal massages are recommended from 12 weeks to birth and Post-Natal.
During Post-Natal it is recommended through natural birth to have a massage as soon as you feel ready. However, with a caesarean birth a six week waiting period is beneficial for the body’s own healing, before choosing to have a massage.
So, if you are looking at nurturing yourself on a whole, then maybe an Aromatherapy massage is for you.
BREATHWORK THERAPY
Core Connection Breathwork is a process by which you are able to access and heal aspects of yourself that have remained hidden for a long time.
It is through a ‘conscious connected’ breath that you have the ability to uncover unconscious suppressed memory, bring it into conscious thought and get clear on what has been in the way. When the uncovery has occurred you can then access inner resources or external resources to enable you to learn new ways of embracing what you want more of in your life.
It is a powerful, but gentle way whereby old emotions, memories and limiting belief systems can be recognised, resolved and released safely, gently and lastingly.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & MEDITATION GROUPS
Through guided meditation and other practical exercises, you will learn an awareness of your own intuition and sixth sense. Understand and communicate with universal vibrational energy and connect with energetic beings of the light, such as spirit guides and angels. Become aware of your own energy system and how to take care of it and give healing to yourself and others.
Also through the meditations you have the opportunity to experience your own inner healing, enabling you to begin to grow into who you really can be.
There are weekly groups available, which are broken up into 4 school terms. Also available are different workshops during the year. They range from learning about your intuitive gifts, working with healing energy and taking the time to uncover more of you.
PRESCRIBED ESSENTIAL OILS & AUSTRALIAN BUSH FLOWER ESSENCES
Through the experience and knowledge of your Practitioner, individualised prescribed blends of Essentials Oils and Australian Bush Flower Essences can be made up to assist you in improving and maintaining better health above and beyond.

This workshop is designed to teach you an in depth understanding of your vibrational system. You will learn in detail about each chakra system on an energetic, emotional and physical format. Allowing you to become clear where dis-ease manifests and how to access healing energy to assist you in moving through the stress fractures.
Level 1 - focuses on the 1st two chakras.

About Your Practitioner
Vincenza Visciano
Aromatherapist, Energetic Healer, Breathwork Practitioner, Psychic Medium, Meditation & Personal Development Facilitator
Her journey as a practitioner began around 12 years ago, through spiritual meditation classes. Where she learnt the many facets of meditation and its connection to universal energy and here she learned to do professional psychic readings. Vincenza also found her first love in Healing and she decided to explore it further and through a personal experience she was introduced to Essential Oils and the concept of Aromatherapy.
From this experience, Vincenza stepped away from the corporate environment and embarked in her studies as an Aromatherapist. Studying at Nature Care College and graduating in February 1999, Vincenza began working with clients through massage and essential oils.
In the same year of her graduation Vincenza began to teach spiritual & self-development groups, continue to read as a Psychic Medium and work with clients in Aromatherapy, and decided to specialise in Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Massage. Vincenza also brings to her practice the knowledge of Touch for Health, Acupressure, Reiki and her experiences through Inner Child and Creating Love workshops. This lead Vincenza to expand her qualifications, in 2007 she began her studies in the Certificate of Breathwork Therapy, which she adds to her business, and continues her learning in this field to support her clients.
