SOUND MEDITATION - Experience the pure harmonic resonance of crystal singing bowls combined with soundscape vocals, harmonic overtone singing and didgeridoo in a meditation that will soothe your mind and uplift your spirit!
SOUND MANDALA WORKSHOP - Guided by crystal singing bowls, you will learn how to sing from your heart and find your own unique soul voice. Includes toning, harmonic overtone singing, percussion and song. The afternoon will culminate in a group sound mandala as we unite our individual voices to create a choir of exquisite energy and light.

Arrayah
Arrayah is a crystal and sound therapist, meditation teacher and musician with over 14 years experience. Arrayah uses crystal singing bowls as a powerful tool for healing, transformation and peace. She has performed at many conferences, concerts and community events throughout Victoria as well as facilitating workshops on the power of sound and meditation.
Linda Laasi
Vocal improviser of ethereal soundscapes, Linda Laasi of Estonian, Czech/German origin, draws inspiration from indigenous singing cultures from around the world. She is an ARIA Award winner for her contribution to the original soundtrack of Australian feature film 'Jindabyne' with Paul Kelly and Dan Luscombe. A seasoned recording artist and performer, Linda's compositions have been played on ABC Radio National, ABC Classic FM as well as seen on Channel 9's Sunday Program, ABC's 'Tibetan Monks' and 'Messagestick'. Performance groups include Eternal Choir and Soteria Bell.
Dean Frenkel
Dean is a leading voice for harmonic singing / throat singing in Australia as recording artist, performer and instructor. Drawing on ancient indigenous cultures of sound and voice, Dean is able to create beautifully haunting soundscapes that evoke another time and place. His performance highlights include Womadelaide, soloist with the Royal Philharmonic Choir and he has appeared on 'Enough Rope' with Andrew Denton and Channel 9's Sunday Program. Dean's recordings have also been played extensively on National and local Radio.

Ambient World Concerts
Combining the celestial harmonies of crystal singing bowls with tibetan bowls, didgeridoo, kalimba, zither, african drums, harmonic whirlies and bells with divine vocal soundscapes and harmonic overtone singing.
Creating music to soothe the mind and uplift the spirit!
Performing tracks from the Magic Sounds CD as well as newly composed and improvised ambient pieces. Each concert is unique but may include guest musicians and/or a multi-sensory experience!
Resonance - Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation
A more intimate meditation experience that combines the beautiful healing tones of tibetan and crystal singing bowls with crystals! Arrayah’s own energy and her gift of crystal bowl toning create an atmosphere that is peaceful, yet powerfully moving. These meditations are an opportunity to move into a deeper place of healing - immersing yourself within waves of sound, colour and light - leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and with an incredible sense of peace and clarity.
Sound Mandala - Sound Healing Meditation
These beautifully healing meditations are an opportunity to relax, release stress and find a moment of stillness in your life. Lie back and be gently moved by the exquisite harmonies of tibetan & crystal singing bowls. Experience a deeper sense of peace and be uplifted by serene vocal soundscapes & ambient instruments. We finish each meditation with a group Sound Mandala - combining vocal toning and soul inspired harmonies to connect with the heart and uplift the spirit!. You will be guided to connect with your true, authentic inner voice - awakening your heart to your own unique song. Guided by the gentle tones of the crystal bowls, we weave our many individual sounds into one exquisite mandala of pure sound, allowing you to reach divine heights of connection, healing and peace!

4. What are crystal singing bowls?
Crystal singing bowls are made from 99.9% pure crushed quartz and heated to 4000 degrees in a centrifugal mold. The bowls emit a powerful, pure resonance when struck or played by a therapist. The larger the bowl, the stronger and longer lasting the resonance (although size does not determine the actual note).
How do they work?
Crystal singing bowls combine the pure vibrational energies of sound and quartz crystal.
All things in nature vibrate to sound, light and colour, and sound frequencies affect everything about you. It has been scientifically proven that sound or vibration has a strong impact upon substance. Dr Emoto has shown us how it can even change the molecular structure of water to create beautiful, perfect crystalline formations. Sound and vibration can affect your health and wellbeing by creating an internal environment of perfection to promote healing and balance on a cellular level.
Numerous studies have shown that sound can produce changes in the autonomic, immune, endocrine and nervous systems. Your body and all its parts vibrate at certain frequencies, and when in harmony it creates a natural vibration that emanates health and wellbeing. When this vibrational frequency is out of harmony, you get dis-ease, disorder and imbalance on all levels of your being. Your body is in a perfect and healthy state of being when each cell, each organ creates a resonance that is in harmony with your whole being.
Each of your chakras also resonate to certain frequencies or notes. By using crystal singing bowls, you are able to create balance within your chakra system, which then flows through into your physical body. Sound Therapy is the practice of using sound to correct imbalance in your body. Sound healing works on the belief that your body is not solid. Rather it is energy that is held together by sound.
